Shipping policy

At BEUME, we aim to deliver your haircare essentials with speed and care. Below are our shipping guidelines so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently deliver all over Pakistan through Leopards Courier.

🕒 Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after order confirmation

Remote/rural areas: May take up to 7 working days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation for COD Orders

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified via call or SMS before shipping.

If we are unable to confirm your order after 2 attempts, your order may be cancelled automatically.

📦 Packaging

All BEUME products are packed in protective packaging to help prevent leakage or damage during transit.

🔄 Undelivered / Returned Orders

If a parcel is undelivered because the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive it, we may pause COD access for future orders.

For re-delivery of a returned package, additional charges may apply.

🔎 Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to follow your parcel.

❗ Delays

Although we work with reliable courier partners, some delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Strikes or national holidays
• Logistic disruptions in remote areas

We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
